This is a listening exercise about Santa Claus.  Students listen to the passage then answer a few questions and if time allows discuss Santa Claus.  It also includes some vocabulary exercises.

Students first discuss Santa Claus before the listen to the passage on the CD.  The passage is roughly 5min long.  Teachers can use this in class or students can use it at home on their own to listen to the passage and improve their listening.  There are a few extension activities that involve looking for vocabulary in the passage and writing down sentences they heard on the mp3.
